Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven 2020s innovation track record
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech convergence
- Experience scaling teams beyond 100 members in high-growth environments
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent industry impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Biotechnology
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ technology deployments
