Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of complex, scalable software architectures capable of handling the demands of the 2026 digital ecosystem.
- Strategic R&D Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Web3) and integrate them into our core product roadmap.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead a high-performing engineering team, conducting rigorous code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and maximize throughput for global systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and integration strategies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical challenges with innovative solutions.
