- Develop scenario-based strategic models for market evolution and competitive positioning
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation roadmaps with predicted market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting industry trajectories
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, market research, or strategic planning
- Proficiency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis) and data visualization
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating past foresight projects with measurable impact
