Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Infrastructure: Design and implement robust enterprise-grade AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead Strategic Roadmaps: Define the technical trajectory for AI integration across all business units, specifically focusing on 2026 readiness standards.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) for real-time enterprise applications.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce rigorous data governance protocols to ensure AI model integrity and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical requirements into business value.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering or IT Architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Kubernetes, and Cloud-Native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- 2026 Readiness: Demonstrated experience implementing futuristic tech stacks, including quantum-ready encryption and neural network optimization.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and mentoring senior developers.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
