Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the comprehensive 2026 Digital Strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational long-term goals.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate cutting-edge AI and machine learning models into core business processes.
- Oversee the architectural evolution of our cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and resilience.
- Identify and validate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing concepts, next-gen UX patterns) for potential implementation.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or digital product strategy.

- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong command of modern programming languages and frameworks, with a focus on scalable backend systems.
