Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers in designing advanced neural networks for 2026 predictive scenarios.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML research, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and programming languages (Python, C++).
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research papers or delivering significant AI products.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
