As the technology landscape accelerates, we need a forward-thinking leader to architect our roadmap for the coming decade. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between emerging technologies and business strategy, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the AI revolution.
You will work closely with C-suite executives and engineering teams to identify trends, define long-term goals, and implement high-impact innovations that will define our success in 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology roadmap, identifying key AI and automation trends to drive business growth.
- AI Integration Leadership: Oversee the strategic deployment of Generative AI and machine learning models across all product lines.
- Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate high-level strategic goals into actionable development cycles.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on competitive landscapes and emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry shifts.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for major initiatives.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage internal 'innovation labs' to prototype and test future technologies.
Qualifications
- Strategic Expertise: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or consulting, with a focus on AI and digital transformation.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging AI technologies (LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision) and their business applications.
- Roadmapping Experience: Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Adaptability: Highly adaptable mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
