Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable infrastructure for 2026 AI workloads, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead Technical Roadmap: Define the technical vision for AI infrastructure, including the integration of quantum computing protocols and edge computing nodes.
- Optimize Neural Networks: Oversee the optimization of model inference pipelines to reduce latency and improve computational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and security experts to align infrastructure capabilities with business goals.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols to protect sensitive AI data and intellectual property.
- Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding 2026 AI benchmarks, and evaluate emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes. Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a plus.
- System Design: Proven ability to design distributed systems that handle petabyte-scale data processing.
- Leadership: Strong track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
