Responsibilities
- Define the Roadmap: Architect the long-term technical strategy for Year 2026 AI capabilities, focusing on self-evolving neural networks.
- System Design: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of processing exabytes of data.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Prototyping: Lead the R&D phase for experimental AI models, moving concepts from whiteboard to production.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product management, security, and legal to ensure ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and adapt architecture to emerging paradigms (e.g., Quantum computing, Neuromorphic engineering).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
