As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our operations run smoothly during peak weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting regular inventory audits.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Entry-Level Friendly: No prior warehouse experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety instructions and logs.
