Responsibilities
- Perform daily operations including loading, unloading, and sorting of freight.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments accurately.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) after training completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and hazards.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing schedules.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
