Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with speed and precision.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Stock Organization: Maintain accurate stock levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and organize storage areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and rotating shifts.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory software quickly.
- Attitude: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive work ethic.
