Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Organization: Maintain accurate stock levels and organize warehouse aisles for efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of machinery and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Quality Control: Verify product condition upon arrival and during processing.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and organization.
