Responsibilities
- Answer incoming support tickets via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues for clients with patience and clarity.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers while keeping the client informed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
- Participate in weekly team huddles to review performance and new procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer skills and typing proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- A valid driver's license and access to transportation.
