Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls and manage inbound leads during weekend shifts.
- Deliver product demonstrations and explain features/benefits to potential clients.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and scripts.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
