Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient support services during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 7am-7pm)
- Assist with patient intake, vital sign monitoring, and documentation
- Coordinate with medical teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards
- Participate in ongoing skills development through our training programs
- Support administrative tasks including appointment scheduling and record management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (medical certification a plus)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong communication skills with empathy and patience
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation systems
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (no weekday requirements)
