Job Summary
As a Weekend Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience. You will work closely with the store management team to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process transactions accurately at the register, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and organizing the sales floor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment at all times.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
