Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a welcoming and professional attitude upon arrival.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle payments.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for all visitors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure stock levels are sufficient and displays are appealing.
- Handle cash handling and register balancing duties with strict accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible shifts as needed.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new processes.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Baltimore location.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
