Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale using our POS systems.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with inventory stocking, product placement, and maintaining a neat sales floor.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Keep the customer service area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior retail or customer service experience required; we train all new hires.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
