Responsibilities
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately pack and prepare orders for shipment using proper safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock areas.
- Customer Service: Interact with team members and assist with any incoming inquiries regarding orders.
- Quality Control: Perform basic quality checks on products before they leave the facility.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable work history.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
