Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials throughout the facility.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in counting stock and completing inventory reports to maintain accurate records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure daily operational goals are met.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (will consider equivalent experience).
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Background: No criminal history or drug use required; background check will be conducted.
- Attitude: A positive, willing-to-learn attitude is essential.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
