Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently use standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and scanners.
- Stock and Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Experience: No prior experience required—on-the-job training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
