Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately package, label, and prepare items for timely shipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate stock organization within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operations during the night cycle.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math and reading skills; familiarity with warehouse equipment is a plus but not required.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation to and from work.
