Responsibilities
- Complete paid training programs on warehouse operations, safety protocols, and equipment handling
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory using digital tracking systems
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) after certification
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation training)
- Reliable transportation to Jacksonville facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
