Responsibilities
- Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise; maintain accurate inventory records.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring all labeling and documentation are correct.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards before dispatch.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Customer Support: Assist in resolving inquiries related to orders and shipments with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- License: Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Attitude: Must be punctual, reliable, and eager to learn new skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
