Responsibilities
- Assist with the efficient loading, unloading, and staging of merchandise and packages.
- Organize inventory and ensure all stock is accurately accounted for on the warehouse floor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) safely and correctly.
- Process incoming shipments and prepare outgoing orders with speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
