Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory in preparation for shipping and receiving.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of orders accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to undergo paid on-the-job training and learn new skills.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
