Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve basic software and hardware connectivity issues.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex tickets and learn best practices.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while assisting diverse client base.
- Update and maintain customer account information and service records.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday).
