- Interact with customers to resolve inquiries and provide solutions.
- Assist in sales and lead generation activities.
- Learn our products and services through our on-site training program.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Attend daily briefings and training sessions.
What We Are Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Able to work a full-time schedule (Monday-Friday).
- Positive attitude and a desire to grow professionally.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and prospects.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently.
- Analyze customer data to improve service quality.
- Participate in team-building activities and training workshops.
- Meet and exceed daily sales and performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with standard office software (MS Word, Excel).
