Responsibilities
- Complete intensive 8-week IT training program covering network infrastructure, system administration, and security protocols
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and remote access
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS environments using automation tools
- Document technical procedures and create troubleshooting knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud migration projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
- Maintain compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical aptitude
- Basic familiarity with computer hardware/software concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional nights/weekends
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Commitment to completing full training program (no exceptions)
