Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Assistance: Resolve customer technical issues via phone, email, and chat with a focus on quick and effective solutions.

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose hardware and software problems and implement appropriate fixes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; training is provided.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS) is highly desirable.
