Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Utilize our internal CRM systems to document customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate actively in the Paid Training Program to master product knowledge and service protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify upselling opportunities to meet team sales targets.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services and policies to clients.
- Maintain a professional home office environment conducive to productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must have a stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule (Monday – Friday, flexible shifts available).
