Responsibilities
- Assist Customers: Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours.

- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.

Qualifications

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible night shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
