Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate standard office equipment and software systems during night hours.
- Assist in data entry, filing, and document management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide exceptional support to internal teams and external stakeholders via phone or email.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively regarding daily tasks, alerts, and operational issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (10-30 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of reliability.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
