Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Update customer account information and resolve any discrepancies in our database.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; college degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- No prior experience required—we provide paid on-the-job training.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
