Responsibilities

- Accurately enter data into company databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Follow established scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding customer information and company policies.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and speak clearly.
