Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and product information.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training sessions.
- Handle complaints with empathy and de-escalate difficult situations effectively.
Qualifications
