- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Update customer account information in our internal database systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone voice.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
