As a Weekend Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our clients receive the exceptional service they deserve. We are looking for candidates who are reliable, communicative, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems and database management tools.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and store organization during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly sales and service goals.
- Perform data entry and documentation of customer interactions.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
