Responsibilities
- Conduct product training sessions for new and existing clients to ensure maximum product adoption.
- Resolve complex technical inquiries and escalations with patience and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor client health metrics and proactively reach out to prevent churn.

Qualifications
