Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and remote access
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows/macOS systems
- Execute network maintenance tasks under senior guidance
- Document all ticket resolutions in ITSM systems
- Participate in 8-week paid training program (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Adhere to SOC 2 compliance protocols during all support interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- Basic computer literacy (email, browsers, file management)
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Reliable transportation to our downtown San Diego training facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Commitment to 12-month employment post-training
