- Resolve incoming technical tickets and customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to users experiencing software or hardware issues.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to escalate complex issues and share insights.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies to the engineering team.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows/macOS) and internet connectivity.
- Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using web browsers and standard office software.
