Responsibilities
- Complete 8-week paid technical training program covering IT fundamentals, network security protocols, and cloud architecture
- Provide Tier 1 customer support via phone, email, and remote desktop for enterprise clients
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems including servers, workstations, and cloud services
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and escalate complex issues to senior engineers
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and system upgrades
- Participate in ongoing skills development through vendor-specific training (AWS, CompTIA, Cisco)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and adapt to changing technologies
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client site visits
