Responsibilities
- Assist clients with technical inquiries, account issues, and troubleshooting requests.
- Learn and master our proprietary software platform through our structured training curriculum.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior team members to solve complex technical challenges.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding customer satisfaction and call volume.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and skill-building workshops.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
