Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for client hardware and software issues via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system to maintain accurate support logs.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams to identify recurring technical issues and suggest process improvements.
- Conduct system maintenance and perform routine checks to ensure optimal performance of client equipment.
- Guide clients through complex technical procedures with patience and clear communication.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and internal training modules to continuously improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn and a proactive approach to solving technical problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
