Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technical recruitment strategies for 2026 technology stack (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Develop innovative sourcing methodologies using AI-powered tools and human intelligence
- Lead candidate assessment frameworks for next-generation technical roles
- Partner with CTO and engineering leadership to define future talent requirements
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for emerging technology domains
- Implement data-driven recruitment analytics to optimize hiring outcomes
- Champion inclusive hiring practices for diverse technical talent pools
- Drive employer branding initiatives targeting 2026 tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 8+ years technical recruiting experience with 3+ in emerging/futuristic tech domains
- Deep expertise in sourcing AI/ML, quantum computing, or neurotech talent
- Proven success with executive-level technical hiring (CTO, VP Engineering, etc.)
- Mastery of modern ATS platforms and AI recruitment tools (HireVue, SeekOut, etc.)
- Advanced understanding of 2026 technology trends and skill requirements
- Exceptional stakeholder management with technical leadership teams
- Experience building recruitment frameworks for undefined future roles
- Track record of hiring diverse talent in competitive tech markets
