We're seeking a visionary thinker to lead our Future Intelligence Lab, where you'll collaborate with C-suite executives and innovate at the intersection of technology, society, and human potential. Your insights will directly influence product development, market expansion, and sustainable growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 horizons
- Analyze emerging technologies, social shifts, and geopolitical trends using advanced scenario planning
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce actionable foresight reports and predictive market intelligence briefings
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to the board of directors
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and researchers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published research or portfolio of foresight projects in tech/sustainability
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate adaptation trends
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
