Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead executive workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact research reports on disruptive technologies and market evolution
- Build and manage a global network of innovation partners and domain experts
- Advolve C-suite clients on emerging risks and opportunities in 2026+ landscapes
- Design and launch innovation incubators for next-generation solutions
- Maintain proprietary knowledge base on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, and sustainability trends
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
