Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Vision Framework, aligning with UN SDGs and emerging tech trends
- Lead cross-functional labs in prototyping next-generation solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing and neurotech pioneers
- Present future impact assessments to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Curate the annual Horizon Summit on 2026 Disruptive Technologies
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and scenario planning specialists
- Author thought leadership publications on technological singularity implications
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Complex Systems
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal analysis
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures/innovation journals
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with experience advising C-level leadership
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or APF)
