Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, Web3, AR/VR) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Create risk mitigation frameworks for technological disruption and ethical implications
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team focused on next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and future trend analysis methodologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate tech concepts into ROI
